Machine Service & Operational Support

Every STEELFAST rollformer undergoes inspection and test runs before leaving the factory. Machines are inspected again in Brisbane prior to dispatch to client locations.

Our Service Manager is able to log into each machine remotely, allowing operational faults to be identified and often resolved online — reducing downtime and minimising disruption to production.

Support includes:

Pre-shipment inspection and testing

Secondary inspection prior to dispatch

Remote diagnostics access

24/7 consultation via phone or email

Onsite visits where required

This layered approach ensures machines are production-ready before delivery and supported throughout operational life.

Detailing & Machine-Ready File Conversion

Through our integration with Your Workshop, STEELFAST provides comprehensive detailing optimised specifically for the STEELFAST network and modular manufacturing workflows.

This includes:

Light gauge steel (LGS) and timber framing detailing

Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DfMA) optimisation

Conversion of architectural layouts into machine-ready output files

Direct submission of DWG, Revit, AutoCAD or VERTEX files

Elimination of in-house detailing requirements

Charges are at market rates, and there are no ongoing detailing charges for repeat use of previously detailed designs. By removing the need for internal steel designers and specialist software, manufacturers can reduce overhead while increasing precision.

Engineering Sign-Off & Compliance

All designs are submitted to engineers for sign-off under relevant regulations prior to final detailing. Once approved, engineering certificates are issued and forwarded directly to the client.

Where required, engineer inspections of assembled systems can be conducted onsite or remotely via video assessment.

Engineering integration ensures:

Structural validation prior to manufacture

Compliance with relevant standards

Reduced risk of post-installation rectification

Documented engineering approval where required
