STEELFAST supports modular home builders and light gauge steel manufacturers with machines designed for high-speed LGS manufacturing, from single profile framing machines through to multi-profile systems.
Purpose-Built for MODFLOORPLUS Manufacturing
Custom Steelfast tooling and VERTEX BD custom coding provides for rapid production and ease of operation.
The SFT300 is a multi-profile rollformer developed primarily for manufacture of the MODFLOORPLUS light gauge steel / CFS chassis systems under a manufacturing licence option. It automatically changes profiles for 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 300mm and 350mm webs in under two minutes.
It increases MODFLOORPLUS production capability by up to 500% while reducing labour costs and minimising waste.
Expanded Capability Beyond Chassis
The SFT300 is also capable of producing C & U profiles for midfloor systems, deck framing and purlins up to 2.5BMT for general construction.

SFT200
Multi-Profile Rollformer (75mm–200mm)
The SFT200 is configured to produce profiles between 75mm and 200mm. Designed to replace multiple rollformers, it can produce wall and truss components, floor joists and purlins from 0.75 to 1.6 BMT.
Profile sizes are adjusted from the control panel and can be changed in under two minutes, enabling manufacturers to produce multiple profiles on one machine—saving time, cost and factory space.

SFT150
150mm Single Profile Rollformer
An affordable single profile rollformer for manufacture of 150mm profile light gauge steel frames and trusses. Combines swaging with six punching hole stations including a service hole with flanged edge to eliminate the need for protective grommets.
Production speed varies depending on punching and swaging configuration. Refer to brochure specifications.

SFT90
89mm Single Profile Rollformer
An affordable single profile rollformer for manufacture of 89mm profile light gauge steel frames and trusses. Combines swaging with six punching hole stations including a service hole with flanged edge to eliminate the need for protective grommets.
Production speed of up to 12 metres per minute (subject to punches and swaging).

Service & Remote Support
Our Service Manager inspects and test runs all rollformers before they leave the factory and again in Brisbane before dispatch. The Service Manager can log into each machine so faults can often be identified and remedied online, minimising downtime.
